D&D 5e encounter and initiative trackers

Here are a few tools I whipped up for my D&D 5e games. The combat encounter cards can hold up to six of a certain type of monster, while the PC initiative cards can be used to keep track of six player characters. 

I've noticed that printing them out on thicker paper works well. For longer descriptions of actions, such as the Nothic's Rotting Gaze and Weird Insight, I simply jot them down on the back of the encounter tracker card.
